Shipping Policy

RimBlades USA wants you to have confidence in your order. That includes understanding our shipping polices. Before you order, please take a minute to review so you know what to expect.

Do you have a minimum order?

There is no minimum order amount when you shop with us. Most of our products are low priced, and we have carriers lined up to accommodate small orders.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $20. Returns are covered under the flat rate shipping, which is $10 on all orders.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Essentially, any service offered by USPS, our carrier, is available to you.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes – we offer expedited shipping for $6.50, with a 3-6 day delivery time.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

As soon as your order is placed, we work quickly to get it out of our warehouse. In most cases, your order will be on the way within a business day.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 5-10 days.

Will you provide tracking information?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email indicating that your order is one the way. Tracking information is not provided, however, unless you purchase expedited shipping.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

Your credit card/debit card will be charged when the order is placed.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

RimBlades USA stocks all of our products in high quantities. In the very unlikely event that we are out of stock on a part, a notification will appear on our site and/or we will notify you if the order is already placed.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

Single orders are shipped to one address only. If you need to ship to different locations, you must create a new order for each location. This is due to our carrier and how we process orders.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

For shipping quotes to Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before placing your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Contact us for shipping to PO boxes, APOs/FPOs before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Do you ship hazardous items?

We do not carry hazardous items, but if we ever added them, they cannot be shipped.

Do you ship oversized parts?

Our catalog does not include oversized parts. If any should be added, we will work with our carriers for new shipping options for those.

What happens if you ship the wrong part?

If you receive the wrong part, contact us right away.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

Should the order be damaged during shipping, you must reject it. If it’s delivered without a chance to do so, contact the carrier. You must file a carrier claim. Once they agree to cover the claim, we will ship out a new order right away.

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle? What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

If your address changes before your order is shipped contact us. We’ll see what we can do to get it changed. If it’s already shipped, most carriers will allow the shipper (us) to change the delivery address.

What if I never receive an order?

If you never receive an order, please contact us.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

If you refuse to accept an order for any reason, it will be returned to us. We will then inspect for damage and process as a return if needed.
